FAQ
A: Use of city owned black carts is prohibited in conjunction with our service. Extra Garbage Day does not own the carts, nor have permission to empty them. You must use regular garbage bins or garbage bags.
A: We generally ask to try not exceed more than what you could normally fit in your City black cart. We’ll help you out if you have a little extra once in a while.
A: Extra Garbage Day does not remove large and bulky items which require more than one person to lift.
A: Absolutely! Just make sure to let us know, as well as keep your enclosure clean, tidy and free of hornet’s nests.
A: Like many subscription services, there is no credit or refunds given for not fully utilizing your service plan.
